这个活,力气小的人做的很吃亏呀,要费力搅。不过做出来很好吃的,看图片你的手很像包子呢,难道这就是传说中的包子手?谢谢搂住给我们带来了牛肉丸。红心献上。

牛肉建议还是红烧,爆炒都行,弄成丸子还不如猪肉丸子来的好吃啊。

这个的确是个力气活,而且做陷的时候很有讲究,一般人搞不来,做的好的,吃起来很Q的,现在外面有很多卖牛肉丸,海鲜丸的,都是那种用机器烤的,味道也不错,才两块钱一串,不过估计涨价了!
