1.青鱼段洗净,抹干,鱼皮上抹一点盐。a:d_\+do0}+Pb

2.锅烧热,入油烧至9成热,放入青鱼段煎透(两面均要煎过),捞出鱼段。留底油,入干辣椒、姜片煸出味,倒料酒炝锅,放鱼段、水(鱼段的三分之二即可)、酱油、糖,盖上锅盖煮至水剩三分之一时,调整好口味,青鱼段入盆,撒上葱段。煮鱼原汁继续略煮至味浓,倒在青鱼段上即可。A2|DD!x9C1g
