[color=#8000ff]1.先把热开水泡过的红薯粉丝洗净后用刀切成二三厘米长的段,然后将肉馅加入调料拌匀,调料可以根据自己的口味放,然后再放入加工好的红薯粉丝,香油、盐、鸡精、酱油、生粉、鸡蛋、胡椒粉酱油、盐、糖、葱姜。根据自己的口味可以随便放。[/color]G3_(Ji%?`

烧麦我非常喜欢吃,就是不会做,看到楼主这样做还真是开眼界了,请问楼主馅里面不放糯米可以不,因为我不太喜欢吃粘的。

南方的烧卖一般都是放糯米的,怕粘的话,可以加点大米。当然也有鲜肉的。其实个人感觉馅料是什么并不重要,素菜馅也不是不可以。V,FK#f3pmxA m
要趁热吃,用馄饨皮的话冷了以后最上面的会硬。

听说烧麦是用澄面做面皮的,看了这种做法确实也不错呢,正宗的烧麦确实是用澄面来做的,就是我从来就没有买到过澄面
