材料:鱼头一个,料酒,大蒜,生姜,生抽,蚝油,白糖.+c!t-gN@`

1.鱼头洗干净,沥干水分.大蒜三个剥去皮(这个剥出来的量大概有二三十小颗哦),姜一大块去皮切厚片.h+V@v8wi:j,s1yO

2.用一汤匙料酒,一汤匙生抽,一汤匙半蚝油,半汤匙白糖搅拌均匀后,涂抹在鱼头上,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏腌制两个小时入味.
