I am not too sure about what do you mean you can't reply, but using ebglish should not be the reason.

Just bear in mind, you need to have at least 10 words in each reply and it must be meaningful.

Also, some sub forums have restriction in level to enter or making reply, simplily because too many junior members [b]were[/b] cretating troubles.

One best way to upgrade your level in this forum is to share with the others, like your movie collections.
