去骨的方法:把鸡中翅两个骨头的连接处剪掉,然后用手顺着骨头把肉往下挂,再把两根骨头向相反方向掰开,这样与翅尖的连接处自己就断了。手劲小的MM可以先用小刀绕着骨头划一圈。
