步骤:首先做面卷子,到市场面铺去买一斤的面(要整张擀开的但是还没有切成面条的那种,家里有大面板的可以自己和面擀) sf$RU"x;UH/k

3.将辣椒,土豆切成块,在炒锅里倒入油,放入排骨爆炒,放花椒,大料,盐,酱油。等肉炒黄后放入葱、姜、蒜,然后放入土豆和辣椒爆炒。炒的差不多了关火。拿出高压锅,开火,将刚才炒好的全倒入高压锅,添水(水不要没过排骨,不能太多,不能太少)

4.烧开了后,尝尝咸淡(淡的话可加入盐,知道合适为止),将做好的面卷子一个一个均匀的下入锅中,在上面放入葱段和辣椒块,最后盖上高压锅,闷10分钟就好了

敢問樓主,這是哪裡的做法啊?炒好之後,是先把排骨什麽的一塊放入高壓鍋,燒開了加墊子嗎?另外,墊子加進去后,是純粹悶熟的嗎?請樓主賜教哈!謝謝!

感觉有点象过油肉炒花卷 只不过过油肉变排骨,放入卷子的时候锅里的水应该不是很多应该在排骨和菜下面用蒸汽的热量把卷子蒸熟的。
