四季豆炒肥牛
材料 :肥牛肉薄片,四季豆,鸡腿菇,辣椒。

做法 :两饭碗油烧至中温,放进肥牛泡30秒,捞起滤干。两大匙油烧热,放进四季豆煸软,加入鸡腿菇,辣椒翻炒片刻后放回肥牛,加所有调味料拌炒均匀,以太白粉水勾薄芡即可。
