调料:黑胡椒粉、蕃茄沙司、盐、料酒、白胡椒粉、黄油

1 牛肉切薄片

2 用插子扎均匀的小孔

3 撒上盐、料酒、白胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉按摩均匀腌制1小时以上
