1.蛤蜊漂清砂子后,放入锅内,加一点水和西洋汤底浓缩粉,煮开后等蛤蜊开口了立即关火,盛出待用。

2.平底锅内放黄油,烧热后加菌菇翻炒至断生后,加入去皮切丁的西红柿继续翻炒至水分出来后,加入刚才煮蛤蜊的汤汁,盐和白胡椒粉烧煮至入味后,加入去硬壳的蛤蜊肉翻匀,最后加入芝士粉和橄榄油即可。
